This newly remodeled early 1900's house is in the creative eclectic old town of Lafayette. 3 minute walk to restaurants and coffee shops. This is your perfect 1300 sq ft home away from home. Chic boutique styled decor, well equipped kitchen – complete with fridge, microwave, keurig coffee maker, gas cooker and oven. 3 bedrooms including a bunk room and 2 stylish bathrooms. 5 star rated adaptive foam mattresses from Tuft and Needle. Ideal for corporate travel, health care professionals, job relocation or temporary stays. High speed internet. Loads of natural light and character. Pack N play and high chair are available UPON REQUEST. King, Queen and twin bunk beds. PLEASE NOTE: We do allow one well behaved dog. Please message the host prior to booking to confirm. The home has a private entrance at the front. To the side of the house is a gorgeous covered porch and patio area under the trees. This area is adjacent to the neighbors and we ask that you are mindful of not making too much noise in this area. To the rear of the house is additional garden area. PARKING: There is no garage or off street parking. There is typically free unrestricted parking in front or to the side of the house. No parking is allowed in the alley behind the house. Neighboring the house to the rear is a carriage house and studio apartment. The carriage house has its own private entrance and garden area. Below the carriage house is a studio apartment. The studio apartment does not share any of your space or garden or entrance. A rental agreement for stays over 2 weeks will be emailed to you within 3 days of making the reservation. This needs to be signed and returned within 7 days to avoid having the reservation cancelled. 1. BEFORE BOOKING be aware that THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS are PROHIBITED by Airbnb. If you are not gong to be staying here you can't make a reservation for anyone else under your personal account. 2. Unregistered guests are a violation of VRBO terms of service. No surprise VISITORS, if you would like to bring a visitor over let us know in advance so we can authorize it. 3. In these uncertain times we highly recommend that our guests obtain cancel for any reason traveler’s insurance. This helps to safeguard your trip for delays, interruptions and cancellations whether due to COVid, weather or other unforeseen events. Please do your research and make a determination based on your specific travel needs and risk aversion. 4. To maintain a safe and wonderful environment, there is a strict NO PARTYING, NO SMOKING/NO DRUGS policy (including vaping). Be respectful towards the neighbors and keep the NOISE DOWN especially between 10pm and 8am. We do have a noise monitoring system that monitors the decibel levels. This device DOES NOT RECORD/TRANSMIT any sound. 5. Violation of our no smoking/vaping policy, including the use of marijuana result in $500 fine and bad review. 6. Please be respectful, at the end of your stay put things back the way you found them and LEAVE ALL AREAS CLEAN AND TIDY. The booked guests agree to reimburse and/or compensate the host, through the Aribnb security deposit, for any damages, extra cleaning, and /or losses caused at any time during their stay at the property. 7. Late check out can sometimes be provided, but please inquire in advance. If you arrive earlier than your check in time, without the host's permission, you will not be granted acess. If you stay past the check out time without permission, you will be charged overstay fees. 8. The property has a video camera placed outside the front door. Camera is motion-activated and passive surveillance footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons, and to montor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these highly visible area of the property. To disable or obscure the camera is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of your reservation. 9. Guest may not receive mail or PACKAGES at the house, give the address to any companies or in any way communicate that it is their residence, without express written authorization from the host. Any unauthorized mail with be returned to sender. Guests cannot register or run any kind of BUSINESS fro the premises or hold business meetings here, without express written authorization from the host. 10. If you have a complaint about the property, maintenance or cleaning, you are granting us permission the right to enter the property to address the issues. We will coordinate with you a good time to come over. 11. Noncompliance of these House Rules may result in cancellation of your reservation, forfeit of your security deposit, eviction from the premises and possibly other additional fees and penalties. By booking this space you agree that you have read and acknowledged these House Rules, you give your consent and will abide by them.
