The Historic Rose Cottage

The Rose Cottage is a charming historic cottage located on the main street near the town center in Springdale. Guests are surrounded with views of Zion National Park and are conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, art galleries, a grocery store and steps away to shuttle stops for easy access to the park. This is not a shared space with the host so guests have full use of this quaint cottage. The home features original oil paintings by the host that are for sale. Location: The Historic Rose Cottage is in Springdale, Utah. The cottage is located at 1120 Zion Park Blvd.. If you are coming in from the south (e.g. Las Vegas) the cottage is the second driveway on your left as you pass the Springdale Fire Station and kiddy-corner to the Springdale Information Center. If you are coming in from the north (e.g., Bryce Canyon) the cottage is the second driveway on your right as you pass the Zion Canyon Lodge motel. It is located approximately one-half mile from the park entrance. I offer a 20% discount (December through February only) for stays 28 days or more.
