We have many repeat visitors and hope you become one too! Winter Months: To reserve the cabin in winter months, you must book for a minimum of 7 days. Winter months are defined as December 1st - April 15th. During this period, we as owners incur additional heating and winterization costs. Therefore, guests are responsible for paying an additional $150 fee to cover these costs. The half bath and laundry facilities are not available during winter months due to the potential for frozen pipes. All Kitchen and Master Bath plumbing is well-insulated and will function as usual.
