Besides being just steps from the beach and the start of the promenade, there is a fantastic ravine with easy hiking trails directly behind the house, which will take you to just 4 blocks from uptown White Rock. The start of dozens of restaurants along Marine Drive is just an 8 to 10 minute level stroll along the beach from the house. The famous White Rock Pier is exactly one kilometer away. This 1200 SF home is nicely laid out, with comfortable furnishings and beautifully decorated. The large, recently renovated kitchen features a generous amount of cupboards and counter space. If you like to cook, you will be very pleased with how well stocked it is. There is a deep double sink, full size fridge/freezer, electric range and a dishwasher. The dining area comfortably seats ten when the table is expanded and has a full on, close view of the ocean from the dining area. There is plenty of seating in the living room area.
