1We are located one block to restaurants, the Red Kettle Coffee Shop, shopping and the beach. Our studio is furnished with a queen bed, a trundle bed, full bath, view deck, TV, and off street parking. Provided: Linens Towels (Shower & Beach) Coffee maker/coffee Microwave Refrigerator Surfboard (1) & Boogie Boards (2) Beach Toys Ear Plugs - Summerland has great views but it does have freeway noise. Pet needs - just ask if you forgot anything. $50 one time pet fee. 2 dogs maximum. There is NO fenced yard.
