We live in a separate and lower floor (no shared spaces). The back yard is a hidden paradise in the summer and it is exclusively yours. You’ll find the home spacious, super clean, well stocked, amenity filled and well maintained, on a quiet, quiet street in Worcester’s Burncoat neighborhood. Perfect for a work retreat. Five night minimum June-September; not suitable for children under age 12. Enjoy ONE huge open light-filled dining room - living room - kitchen living space with gas-insert fireplace and two bay windows, one opening to the back yard’s stream and the other to the front yard’s tree canopy. Three bedrooms, including work office, full bath. Your home has all the necessities, many amenities and unique appointments (e.g., light fixtures from Turkey). Each bedroom has an Apple Home pod mini for voice command access to music, radio and utility questions/tasks like hearing the weather or setting a timer; also in kitchen, bathroom. Your fenced-in, private backyard will become your personal resort. Colorful landscaping abounds: a streaming water winds its way amid rocks and native plants. Succulents, lilies, roses, mums, peonies, daisies, flowers that go on and on, with towering arborvitae that outline your haven’s perimeter. No grass. In the summer enjoy your yard’s huge in-ground, solar-heated swimming pool, lounge chairs, multiple sitting areas, dining table, Zen fire table, hammock, shaded gazebo [lighted and w/fans] and two grills (natural gas and charcoal). Swim, splash, float or just be — it’s up to you. The kitchen is large, well stocked, with an island that includes an additional sink, reverse osmosis filter and seating for two. It is VERY well equipped: an Electrolux induction cooktop with four "burners," upper and lower ovens; electric kettle, Cuisinart DCC-3200P1 programmable 14 cup coffee maker, Airscape Stainless Steel Coffee Canisters; Nespresso D290 espresso maker, PUR 30-cup filtered water dispenser system in refrigerator, with top-of-line pots and pans, many kitchen gadgets and tools, foil/parchment paper, many spices, condiments, teas. Ask for details. Free washer and dryer: LG 4.2 cu.ft. ultra-large capacity steamwasher with LCD display (model WM3875HVCA) and an LG 7.4 cu. ft. steam dryer (model DLGX 3876V). The living area includes a home theater via an Epson Home Cinema 8350 projector offering 2000 lumens on a large treated screen wall. It’s connected to an Apple TV with cable [Spectrum] 50+ channels including Sports Channels, HBO and HBO+, Netflix and Amazon Prime. You can also load and watch services to which you're subscribed like Showtime, Hulu, etc. via your computer or through Apple TV (even if you don't use Apple). You can also stream music from Spotify and popular music streaming services on the living area's recessed ceiling speakers. Your bathroom has a jetted tub/shower and TWO pedestal sinks; with great storage. Bedroom closets are large, double closets each; double windows make each of the three bedrooms light and airy. Each bedroom has a Safe & Warm G-G14 bed warmer and Anker USB C Power Strip Surge Protector for Home Office, PowerExtend USB-C 3 Capsule, 3 Outlets and 15W 2 USB Ports and 45W Power Delivery Port. Three bedrooms: one King, one Queen, one Full. Eight Hycrest includes a work office: a secretary desk, ergonomic chair, power strip/hub and an all-in-one laser jet printer/scanner. Floors are hardwood throughout, with details like crown moldings. The combination living-dining room-kitchen has a gas-insert fireplace for ambiance and extra heat (November through April). In winter the front walk, steps and driveways are shoveled by end of snow days at no additional fee. Hydronic baseboard heating is silent and dust free. Hot water comes via tankless, so endless. Parking is off-street: your private driveway and your private parking space. The upper and lower floors are totally separate, each with a private entrance and private driveway. Your back yard is private except for maintenance. No shared spaces. Guests are kindly invited to remove their shoes upon entering. Slippers are provided in the shoe cabinet by the front door. Please note this rental is only to non-smokers. Even if you smoke/vape outside the smoke clings to your body and clothes, tainting upholstery and bedding, necessitating costs to remove the smell. That isn't fair to future guests looking for a non-smoking rental. All fabrics are washed with Persil Laundry Detergent Liquid, Free and Sensitive, Unscented and Hypoallergenic for Sensitive Skin, no fabric softeners or dryer sheets; upholstery and bedding is sprayed each rental with Lysol fabric disinfectant, which does have a fragrance (lavender); please advise if that is an issue. All pillows and mattresses protected with Protect-A-Bed AllerZip Smooth Pillow Protectors/Mattress Encasements (”blocks bed bugs, dust mites and allergens”). No events or parties. Please ask me about a discount for rentals of one month or longer.
