Four Season Fun in the Heart of New Hampshire!

This 3BR/2BA vacation home is fully stocked for up to 10 guests to enjoy. Take advantage of the early spring weather with some hiking, mountain biking, and fun! This two-level contemporary-style home is surrounded by tall pines and woodland views. The first floor is an open concept with a cozy living room and a spacious kitchen and dining room. It’s the perfect place to gather up some friends, enjoy a meal, and make some memories. Recent updates include a king-size bed in the master, a queen-size bed in bedroom 2, and an outdoor, "below deck" reading nook. Guests will have full access to the home and its amenities. All towels and bed linens are provided. The fireplace can be used at the guests’ risk October-April (guest assumes all responsibility for damage caused while using the fireplace). The kitchen is stocked with the comforts of home—just grab some groceries and enjoy. The deck and yard have seasonal amenities including outdoor furniture and a gas grill. You’ll find bunches of board games and DVDs, a TV with a FireStick for watching live and on-demand TV, and internet that will support multiple WiFi devices. For families with infants, there is a pack-n-play and high chair. The home is nestled in a wooded area close to main access roads for the White Mountain region. The home is located 3 minutes from Route 16–the gateway to the Mount Washington Valley and North Conway. All that the region has to offer is a short drive away. In the warm weather, take an easy hike to Madison Boulder or challenge yourself on a variety of trails in the White Mountain National Forest. Rent some kayaks or paddleboard or just take a swim in beautiful Silver Lake—Nichols Beach is a 1-minute drive and there are three additional public beaches along Route 113 to enjoy. White Lake State Park is less than 10 minutes away. Regional fun includes Story Land (30 minutes); Diana’s Baths (30 minutes); White Lake Speedway (10 minutes) and so much more. Winter fun is minutes away including King Pine (15 minutes); Cranmore (25 minutes), and Attitash (40 minutes).In all four seasons, enjoy all of the shopping, dining, and recreation that North Conway offers—about a 20-minute ride from the home. Local property needs and emergency service information will be provided upon booking. The owner will be happy to assist with basic questions in preparation for your stay. There is welcome basket in the living room with menus, maps, brochures, and more to help you get the most out of your stay. The green information binder contains all of the information you’ll need upon arrival—from where to eat and have fun to who to contact if you need information or help. One member of the party is required to have a working cell phone as the property does not have a phone. *Please note: the fireplace is not available for use from May – September. The outdoor fire pit has not been permitted by the town and is not available for use by anyone.* *There are security cameras at each entrance. There are no interior cameras. There are motion sensors and a decibel monitor in the house.*
