Cottage #1, Robinson's Cottages, Pet-friendly

Cottage #1 is one of 6 cottages family-owned and operated by Robinson's Cottages in Edmunds Township, Maine. It is located in the Downeast region of Maine and overlooks the Dennys River. Originally built in 1936, this two story cottage features a field-stone fireplace and woodstove for heat. The cottage boasts a good-size kitchen, dining area, and living room downstairs. Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms that sleep 7. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one with 2 twins and one with 3 twins. Linens and towels are provided.  The large screened porch overlooks the river and there is a stairway down to the swimming area. There is also an outdoor charcoal grill and picnic table. Free WiFi is included. Guests are provided with complimentary wood for the fireplace and woodstove. The canoes and boats located on the pond and river are free to use and life jackets are provided at the office. The cottage is located a few hundred yards from the multi-use Down East Sunrise Trail. We welcome ATV users and hikers; and other guests are able to use the trail as well. The cottage is approximately 20 miles from the coastal towns of Eastport and Lubec as well as St. Stephen and Campobello Island, New Brunswick, Canada.
