This 3000 sq ft 2 story home offers an open floor plan, with a large mud room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a cal-king bed with an ensuite featuring heated flooring, a walk in closet, and French doors that lead out to a small porch. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, bedroom 3 offers two twin beds and bedroom 4 offers a queen bed with a futon couch. All new bedroom furniture along with new bed linens. The kitchen is newly remodeled and is fully stocked and wonderful for multiple cooks on the large island. There is also a bbq on the deck. Downstairs offers a matchless 1,000 sq ft game room, featuring a pool table, foosball, ping pong table, dart board, wii and xbox gaming systems with 2 gaming chairs. A mini kitchen with fridge and microwave. The 4th bedroom is down stairs with the 3rd bathroom and large laundry room. There is a storage room door in the laundry room that is locked and unavailable for use. There is a large balcony with table and chairs and our backyard offers a gazebo with a fire pit and a bocce ball court. We provide unlimited wifi access with a large screen smart TV.
