You are an easy 15 minute drive to downtown Asheville or Biltmore (mostly freeway), 5 minutes to I-26, 10 minutes to downtown Weaverville, and 15 minutes to Marshall. Publix, Walmart, an ABC Store, CVS, and a busy (small town) business district are within a 5 minute drive. On the main level, the living room features a flat screen TV, a leather couch, down-stuffed arm chairs, and a cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and is well furnished with dishware, utensils, cooking tools and small appliances. Also located on the main floor is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the river, a bedroom with two twin beds and a half bath in the hallway. Upstairs is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a queen bedroom, and a twin/trundle bedroom. But you may never want to be inside! Outdoors you have plenty of space to enjoy the river frontage - a yard with a fire pit, outdoor seating, river access, a picnic table, a deck off of the kitchen, a balcony off of the master bedroom, and a gas grill.
