Fun Group Rental

This apartment is perfect for groups who are looking for a safe place in a neighborhood with a great location, in-house entertainment and plenty of room for everyone. Located only 1.3 miles from I-15, it is very easy to get to any of the local attractions. We have plenty to do when you want to stay in, ping pong or pool table, Foosball, games and even toys for the little ones. Free wifi, Comcast, Netflix. This is a separate full apartment. Our home is located on a hill so at the rear of the house, the basement apartment is above ground level with a beautiful view from your family room. We live upstairs so we can be there for any of your needs. Full kitchen with table to dine on and extra chairs. Large great room for gatherings. One bathroom has a pocket door so someone can be getting ready while another is showering. 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. One bedroom has a single bed with a single trundle and a bunk with a double on the bottom. This room sleeps 5 but 2 adults may not be comfortable on the double so plan for 4 adults in this room. We don't allow drugs, or any kind of smoking period. Casual drinking with dinner allowed, no drunken parties please. We also do not allow pets because our grandchildren have allergies to animals. There is a path in the neighborhood to the Jordan River Trail system where you can bike, walk, rollerblade etc. Ski areas nearby include Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Park City and Deer Valley.
