Located in downtown Monte Rio. hiking, biking, wine tasting and river fun. Space: The main house shares the same property with two other cottages, sleeps up to 10-12 total. The main house sleeps 4-6 and cottages sleep two and a small child each. Access to the river is from the back of the property with a lovely meadow area between the property and the river. Each house/cottage has its own cozy gas operated fireplace heater, private deck with BBQ and hot tub for your enjoyment. The main house is a large one bedroom with twin trundle beds in the game room large sofa in the living room. The cottages have queen beds, kitchenettes and full bathrooms. Guest access There is a pathway at the back of the property leading to the meadow, which leads to the Monte Rio Public Beach. In summer, you can rent kayaks and canoes at the beach. At the cottages we provide some kayaks/canoe, inflatable mattresses and beach chairs which you are welcome to use. Shops, Tavern, restaurants and cinema within walking distance. There is a common picnic area between main house and cottages for groups to gather and enjoy. In addition to the features described above, the main house and cottages have queen-sized beds, gas BBQ, Hot-tub, cable TV, washer/dryer in the main house, pool table in the main, games, selection of videos and WIFI. The cottages are close to each other, but not adjoining, giving you added privacy. We invite you to MeadowView cottages for a great Russian River getaway! We usually rent the cottages separately, but larger groups traveling together can rent the Main house and two studio Cottages as a whole if available together.
