Lake home guest suite retreat!

We love living on the lake and are so happy we get to share it! The guest suite is the walk-out lower level of our new home built on Little Cormorant Lake outside of DL. 1 bedroom with queen bed and huge bonus room that sleep up to 7 on the bunk beds. Private bathroom, living room with fireplace and bar (complete with fridge, sink and dishwasher). Brand new kitchen with quartz countertops and custom bar top. Wake up to gorgeous views of the lake and get ready for a fun and relaxing time! You will likely hear us living life upstairs when we are home. We are an active family, always on the go and friends and family may swing by unannounced. Living at the lake has a way of bringing people together! The space Lower level (all inside photos shown are of the lower level) of our primary home. Guests also have access to the beach, dock, paddle boards, fire pit, grill and playground (shared spaces). Guest access Separate entrance available through sliding door in the basement. Neighborhood overview Beautiful lake home with space and room to breathe in a wonderful community. Each property in the community is roughly 2 acres. Only ~10 minutes to DL for restaurants, groceries, huge public beach, Walmart and Zorbaz!
