Very close to public transportation (D and 4 trains) and 30 minutes away from Times Square. You’ll love my place because of the trend-setting ambiance and stylish, comfortable decor. Also the people and family feel of the area. My place is good for couples or friends who want to get a taste of the real New York or business travelers who want a hotel feel and look. The apartment is very spacious and modern. The apartment is fully furnished with lots of natural light and designed with you as the guest in mind. Each room has its owns personality. This unit offers plenty of amenities from crisp, white, high thread count sheets to a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, free WiFi. A fully functional kitchen awaits you, where you will find dishes and cookware for all your culinary desires. There is a blow dryer, iron, and ironing board in the apartment. Great for travelers who enjoy the homey feeling in a real neighborhood. This is truly a hidden gem in the Bronx. Guests will have full and private access to the apartment. It is not shared. This gives access to the entire apartment, located on the second floor of the house. There are no keys. Everything will be set up for you with a four-digit code, which you will receive the day before arrival. A code to the front door and the apartment door will be provided to you. The space is private, and guests can quickly enter and leave the property as they please during their stay. Hence, you don't have to worry about check-in/check-out time for key exchange. I am always very available via phone or text. Also, I have personnel close by in case there is any issue. Vibrant and happening. This is a true diverse neighborhood, where you will get to experience and real sense of New York city. The family environment is busy at time, but always safe. Public transportation is very close by. The D train (Express Stop- Tremont) is 3 blocks away and the 4 Train is 4 blocks away (176th Street). It is also very close to major highways and main streets. Metro-North Railroad is 3 blocks away. There are a lot buses close by, since apartament is located in a major intersetion This is a small building (Townhouse). The apartment is on the second floor, with a private entrance. I (host) live on the first floor.
