No more than 10 guests allowed in the house. Penalties will apply and security deposit will be kept. Four bedrooms (3 with queen beds, one with 2 queen beds, sofa sleeps 2 and fully stocked Eat in Kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Keurig machine) Dining Room, Laundry Room, Living Room with TV. Plus Indoor Porch/Sitting room with sleeper. Cozy yard with outdoor furniture and Weber barbecue. Plenty of closet space. Leave wet towels in shower prior to check out. Run dishwasher with dirty dishes. Take Garbage with you. Bags for Garbage will be provided along with the process during check in. GARBAGE FEES APPLY IF NOT TAKEN WITH YOU. Will meet you on "check in" day. (Please provide arrival time day before. ETA on day of arrival is appreciated). Lock all windows and door prior to checkout. NO FOOD in bedrooms. NO entering of Basement. No staining of white towels. Please be careful with removal of makeup. Towels do not leave house. Please be careful with furniture and wood floors. Be careful with china and glassware. NOTHING in house can leave property. Take extra good care of this property. Cards ,Games and WIFI info located in TV entertainment stand. Weber Propane BBQ and Charcoal BBQ with utensils in garage. Bring own Keurig Pods if you would like coffee . Must supply own Hair Dryer and Iron. NO PARTIES of any kind. NO BACHELORETTE or BACHELOR PARTIES. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. VERY IMPORTANT Also I just want to mention and sorry to even have this conversation, but guests have been throwing wipes, paper towels , sanitary products, q-tips etc down the toilet. We have a strict policy that if toilets clog and any items besides toilet paper are pulled out of any toilets by our plumber, we keep full security deposit. Please when flushing ALWAYS use the double flush option. If you have children please show them how to do this. Kirsten will go over this with you in detail as well. Hope you understand, there are signs in all bathrooms. NO FOOD, NO GREESE, NO HAIR DOWN BATHROOM and KITCHEN SINKS/TUBS and TOILETS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PIPE BACK UPS. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR FOOD/GOODS FROM FRIDGE/FREEZER and CABINETS. Please text when an hour out. Cell will be provided week of your stay. NO PRIVATE CHEFS ALLOWED. PLEASE DON’T LEAVE LIGHTS ON WHEN NOT NEEDED. ANY CRIB OR BABY MATERIAL RENTALS MUST BE PICKED UP 10 AM THE DAY YOU LEAVE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED EACH HOUR PAST 10AM. DROPPED OFF RENTALS AND RETURNED RENTALS ARE TO BE LEFT BY GARAGE, NO WHERE NEAR HOUSE. When you leave all garbage goes to dump. Please strip all sheets into laundry area or tub because of Covid. Please run dishwasher before you leave. PLEASE no hair down drains amd always double flush option on toilets. PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG ANYTHING out of cable box or router or TV. THIS CAUSES HARM TO WIFI AND CABLE. PLEASE DO NOT HOOK UP any lap tops or other technology to router , cable or tv for any specific reason. WIFI and Cable will be knocked out do to over activity and we will not be able to fix this durning your stay. Security deposit will be kept for service call fee.
