This PebbleFisher is ideal for families, friends, romance, passionate fishermen, bird lovers, many sport & cultural activities. You will love the lake view from balcony, living room or while dining. You can fish, swim, kayakin' right from the dock*, rent a boat, observe and listen to many divers birds that are playing on our dock and in the lake. The location is ideal for ice-fishing and snowmobiling as well. Peak n Peak is only 40min away to enjoy skiing. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped so you can enjoy your stay right away. Everything is really close: marina, bike and boat rentals, putt-putt, golf, park, restaurants, Bemus-point, Chautauqua-Institution, National Comedy Center, local groceries and cheese manufacturer. Access the red cottage from the drive way. The parking lot accommodates 3 cars. You can park two cars in this lot. Additional cars might find its parking space at Webb’s. They charge $10 per night.Your trailer can be stored for free at the harbor where you can also launch your boat. However, the trailer must always be attached to a car. You can park your trailer at Chautauqua Marina for $10 per night. Please let them know that you are staying at Jim Kelleher’s cottage. The dock is split with plenty of room on each side for a boat. One space is reserved for you during your stay. The cottage was fully remodeled over in 2019-2020 by us and transformed to a lake beauty with loads of love and unique details. * the dock is in the water from April/May till early November
