Private Beach Front Home on Lake Sunapee

Welcome! Rental is 6 or 7 nights, no exceptions. 6 nights is from Monday morning 11am-Sunday morning 10am. Rental includes: entire house, 1/2 the lawn, and 75 feet of beach front. Parking for 5-6 cars. Rental does not include the red barn. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am. No animals. House has 4 bedrooms & beach front has sandy beach, clear water & shallow water access. Location is in a quiet, private area: this is not a party house. No glass on beach. Grill must be cleaned upon leaving. Small fire pit on beachside of home. Fire permit requires call to local fire department before burning. Do not leave unattended. The beach front for guests is 75 feet total, starting on the dock side and moving toward middle of beach. Neighbors own the other half of the beach. Guests are not allowed to go on other side of beach, it is private property. Please keep yourself, children and other members of your party on our side of the beach.
