Walk to Cameron Village and NC State! Jaycees Park just a block down the road. Perfect space for corporate travel. Front and back yards are fenced and landscaped. Large back deck with built-in seating perfect for entertaining. Two bedrooms and two bath, this is the perfect place to call home during your stay in Raleigh. Dog fee is $50/stay for up to two dogs. Long term: No sheets provided (can be rented for $30) and dog fee is $100. We are available on an as needed basis. This cozy home is within walking distance from NC State Campus, Cameron Village, Isabella Cannon Park, The Rose Garden and Raleigh Little Theater! Wonderful neighborhood for walking and running. Uber and Raleigh Busline. Max of two dogs. One dog is $50/stay and two dogs are $75 total/stay. Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a $50 charge, please check with the host. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am; absolutely no parties!; no smoking in the house!; You will be charged for any damage your dog causes.
