Downtown Lafayette Under a Redwood

Cozy 600-sqft apartment with small fully-equipped kitchen and large front windows overlooking a lovely sitting porch under a redwood--all within two blocks of downtown Lafayette. The apartment is in the front half of a house and is completely separate with its own entrance. (The owner lives in the back.) The unit is in a very pretty part of Lafayette with BART (and easy access to Oakland and San Francisco) only a 12-minute walk away. All of downtown Lafayette is easily walkable and very safe, yet the unit feels very private and secluded with all the amenities one would need for a short stay. The apartment is ideally suited for two but for a small additional charge, we would accept a third person (e.g., a child) who could use the living room sofa, which converts to a single bed, upon request.
