The dining room table is large and seats 6, the counter has comfortable bar stools that seat 3. My single family home is entirely available for my guests. Everything in the home is brand new, renovated, and available for your use. You do not need to share any of the home, garage, or yard with anyone but those you choose. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home. 2 of the 3 bedrooms contain a queen bed and are on the main floor along with 1 full bath. The spacious master bedroom offers a king size bed and is upstairs in the loft area along with a large master bath with double sinks. The bedding is 1800 sheets and the towels are bamboo or premium cotton. There is an abundance of extremely soft faux fur blankets throughout the home to cozy up with. The 2 queen bedrooms are equipped with 32” led smart TV.s. The master bedroom a 40” led smart tv. The living room offers a 50” led smart TV. All of the televisions in the home have Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime television which offers numerous channels and apps for your viewing pleasure. The home also offers hi speed WiFi. There is a large bay window in the living room that looks out to the front yard. The backyard is completely fenced and the patio is also separately privately fenced. There is also a small double garage just a few short steps from the back door for your use with alley access. I provide everything needed for small children to stay, including a highchair, swing, pack and play and all the items needed for a baby bath. I also offer shampoo, conditioner, body and face wash, hair dryer, and straightening iron, first aid items, and otc medicines. If you come for business I have a perfect place for you to work. I offer a desk and WiFi all in one printer. I also provide a large washer and full size dryer and all the products to do your laundry during your stay. I also offer an iron and ironing board.
