This apartment occupies the 2nd & 3rd floors of an 111 year old historic two family home and has it's own private entrance. With open living & dining rooms and over 1,000 sq ft of space for your group, it is perfect for gathering friends & family as a home base between adventures exploring the city. In addition to the four bedrooms offered in this home, there is ample room for family gatherings with the living room, dining room, large kitchen with island providing the perfect space for preparing meals, and a sunroom off the kitchen calling for you to enjoy morning coffee & evening wine. Each bedroom offers privacy with separation from one another. The largest bedroom has a Queen sized bed and is located on the 3rd floor with privacy from the rest of the home.
