I don't live in this building, but my mother lives on the first floor. I live 5 minutes away from the apartment, so, feel comfortable to ask if you need any assistance, you won't have any problems as I will be just a phone call away. Take a walk into history along the Freedom Trail, starting at the Boston Common and ending at the USS Constitution.
