Please note that the AC is not central air conditioning. There is a new air conditioner in the upstairs master bedroom and the loft and living room have ceiling fans. To keep our cleaning fee low on our full cottage, we charge an additional daily fee of $5 for more than 2 guests. Infants staying with a couple in the master bedroom are not included as additional guests.
