Cottage at the Historic White Lily Farm

WE HAVE JUST COMPLETED A NEW ADDITION TO OUR COTTAGE!! By adding another bedroom with a large bathroom, our cottage is ideal for couples trips, large girls trips or just a getaway with friends to see Palisade. (Updated pics coming soon!) Wine country at its finest! The iconic White Lily Ranch is now allowing guests to rent its cottage house. This quaint cottage is surrounded by peach orchards and is in the heart of Palisade’s wine country. If you are looking for a unique wine country experience, this is the place for you! Plenty of parking with room for Trailers. Beautiful, private back yard with deck/patio, BBQ grill...surrounded by peach orchards. 10-15 minute walk (5 minute bike ride) to several wineries, 30 minutes walk to downtown We would love to have you stay with us and enjoy all Palisade has to offer. We try to keep our prices low so we only charge extra fees when you exceed the 6 person limit. The house will sleep 10 and we do allow extra guests for a $50/person/night fee if you notify us in good faith ahead of time. If you get caught not notifying us, we charge $100/person/night. Please be honest with your guest count. OUR DAUGHTER HAS EXTREME ALLERGIES. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS OR SERVICE ANIMALS OF ANY TYPE. WE WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND FOR VIOLATING OUR POLICY!
