The house has a voice activated Google Home for your convenience and fun, a Nest thermostat, and Apple TV on the TV to watch any of your shows and subscriptions like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon TV, etc. For your summer evenings & weekend cookouts, you’ll absolutely love the beautiful backyard with new decks, offering 450 SF of outdoor space to further enjoy this oasis with sitting areas, patio table for six, BBQ grill, fire pit, and heater. 1 Car Garage and large driveway for up to 5 cars. Only minutes from the Claremont colleges, enjoy free concerts, the college orchestra, sports events, graduation, and parks. Or go shopping at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, or Ontario Mills. Only 20 minutes from the Ontario airport.
