*Please note only cabins in our rental program have access to the pool and other amenities provided by Mountain Top Inn & Resort. Cabin 13B is located only a short drive away from our beautiful swimming pool and our clubhouse/chapel. This cabin has 2 bedrooms with 1 loft (total of 3 Queen beds/Sleeps 6), and 2 bathrooms. There is a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. This cabin also comes equipped with an indoor jetted Jacuzzi tub, a full kitchen, access to wi-fi, a wood burning fireplace, a washer/dryer combo and a charcoal grill outside. The Mountain Top Inn community is located in a warm, friendly, quiet, family community in the rural mountains of Georgia inside of the F.D.R. state park. This beautifully crafted cabin is located in a picturesque setting, perfect for enjoying a quiet evening on the back porch, having a cookout on the on-site charcoal grill or roasting hotdogs and s'mores in the open fire pit! The front porch swing provides the perfect spot to share stories of the day's adventures in the nearby towns and attractions of Pine Mountain and Warm Springs. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen before curling up next to the stone fireplace with a glass of wine. If you’re planning a family getaway or private retreat, Blackberry Patch will provide the peaceful relaxation you are looking for! CABIN INCLUDES Linens, dishes, pots, pans, towels, washcloths, etc.. WE PROVIDE Small soaps, initial supply of toilet paper, a paper towel roll, dish liquid, garbage bags (1 in every trashcan, 2 extra under sink), kitchen sponge WHAT TO BRING If you need more than the initial supplies that we provide, you'll need to bring those with you. Other items you may want to bring: charcoal for grill, starter logs or firewood for wood burning fireplaces, coffee, (we do sell packages of these items in our lobby), beach towels (for use at our swimming pool - open during warmer months), additional blankets & pillows if needed. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $250.00 security deposit will be taken at check-in. This deposit will be returned following your departure.
