The property consists of a 3 bedroom house that sits on multiple acres only a short walk to the best beach on the island! There is central air conditioning and it is fully winterized for off season use. The property sleeps a total of 9 people. The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 9 (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, 1 full size pull out couch and 1 twin) and has 2 full bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, internet, satellite TV, outdoor furniture, gas grill, patio, and a yard for entertaining. The location is top notch as you can hear the waves from the beach at night, Andy's Way is within a 1/2 mile, and you can walk to the North Light House. Town is a few minutes drive away. What makes this beach property wonderful is that it is only a 1/4 mile walk to sandy and beautiful Mansion Beach. There is no need to pack up for the entire day, family and friends can go back and forth to the beach to ensure that everyone has a laid back and enjoyable vacation. We happily cater to family gatherings and intimate celebrations for an additional fee. There is a professional cleaning service in between each tenant; however, they are on extremely limited time so it is very important that tenants leave the home and property as you found it so ensure that all guests have an excellent experience! We kindly request that all guests purchase rental insurance so that you are covered in case of a weather, family or medical emergency. Due to the popularity of this property, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. Please purchase insurance so that you are covered! Block Island is just that, an island. You must take a ferry or a plane to reach the destination. Car reservations on the ferry book up as far as a year in advance. Check in/ check out day is on FRIDAY. We recommend that you make your car reservation as soon as possible after booking. Interstate Navigation's number is 401-783-4613. Off season 2-3 night minimum stays have a flexible check in/out day. In season (June-September) there is a 7 night minimum stay and FRIDAYS are check in and out. Easy check in at the house with a lock box.
