Retreat to the fresh, mountain air of this White Mountain cottage. The eco-built cottage is private, yet close to all amenities. It features a warm, wood interior and a Vermont Castings gas stove. The bright open-concept main floor has living area, fully equipped kitchen, full plus half bath, and laundry/ powder room, which is overlooked by a cathedral ceiling. A 3 bedroom mezzanine has 2 rooms, 2 with double beds, and 1 with 2 bunk beds. Free wifi, Apple TV, and Cable! Loon and Cannon Mountains are 15 min by car; Waterville Valley Mountain is a 25 min. drive south. The deck provides a beautiful Mountain View and steps out to the fire pit and the 70-acre property with hiking and snow-shoe trails, a pond, a beaver dam, and a path to the Pemigewasset riverfront.
