Newhouse Manor sits on three beautiful acres of land hosting a basketball goal, trampolines, pool with hot tub, and a game room with pool table. Throw horse shoes on the the side of the yard or play fusbol in the gameroom it’s plenty of space for families to enjoy. The inside of the resort is very open, airy and spacious with great natural light. Newhouse Manor is equipped with WIFI for entertainment and business convenience. To access the 7th bedroom you must have 13 or more people for price to be inclusive. Other wise there is an extra fee for the 7th bedroom which hosts 2 Queen beds. We do not allow parties, large gatherings or events. You are allowed 6 visitors on property per DeSoto city ordinances. We offer 3 hours a day of complimentary hot tub heating however Heating the pool is a seperate fee. For your safety and the safety of our property between guests we have outdoor surveillance cameras that overlook the entire perimeter of property front and back. There are ten outdoor cameras: 3 backyard, 1 back door, 2 side door cameras, 1 front door camera, 2 front yard cameras and 1 front patio door camera.
