Large wood burning fire pit on the lawn as well. Propane and grill not provided. Toys, games, cards, puzzles, train set, block set, and Dvd's, Netflix too! Backyard has 2 porch swings, Swing set and fort with slide, additional spider swing as well. 2 Kayak's to use. Patio table with 6 chairs on the party deck of the boat dock. Sit out on the patio, play in the yard, sit on the boat dock and don't miss the sunset from the 45 feet of windows looking onto the lake! Neighborhood is wonderful, friendly and well taken care of. 2 kayaks for you to use. (250 pound weight limit) Large driveway, close access (4 miles) to Main Street shops, department stores and restaurants. 4th bedroom is open concept. Dogs on case by case basis.
