Cozy Country Mocking Bird Cottage is located on seven acres of prairie land. It is located just off of State Highway 237 also known has the antique highway that takes you to Round Top, Warrenton and LaBahia Texas. When sitting on the porch you can see the country sites. You can enjoy a walk along the paved public road, a run, or bike cycle ride. When relaxing on the porch you can watch activity at the two ponds in the adjacent property. The Big Red barn is in view as well. No smoking and no PETs inside the cottage. This space is for you and your guest only. The cottage is continuously sanitized not just during this Corona Virus pandemic. Enjoy Country life and Fresh Air all year round.* Guest are allowed to park by their designated cottage. There is a laundry house that guest may use/ share on the property. The road on the property is gravel. I do not interact with my guest I allow them time to get away from a routine way of life and relax. I am available if issues arise. When staying in Cozy Country Cottage you will meet with the Sun in the morning. Will enjoy a cool breeze on the porch during the Summer and Cold/wet breezes in the Winter. Even though the cottage is located off the antique Highway it is fairly quiet. You can hear birds chirping through out the day and coyotes howling at sundown in the distance. Oh and be sure to listen for the Noon Alarm that sounds from the Fire Station in the town of Carmine. Guest can get around by Car, Pick up truck, or SUV. There is enough property to park a hauling trailer when the land is dry. When the land is wet, all parking needs to be on the designated driveways not in the pasture. When both cottages ( Blue Bird & Mocking Bird) on the property are occupied quiet time starts at 10:00 p.m.. Please be courteous to your neighbor.
