Gorgeous Master Suite in Seal Beach

If you like the finer things in life, this is for you. The spacious & luxurious upstairs master bedroom suite has privacy, deluxe linens & top of the line mattress. The modern bathroom has custom tile, teak vanity & vessel sinks. Sliding door opens to the covered deck with couch, hammock & bistro table. Keurig & fridge in the walk-in closet. Upstairs living area has a large TV. Seal Beach's charming Main Street, pier and beach is just a 10 minute walk. This place has it all! Our newly remodeled home is modern and spacious, yet warm and inviting. The upstairs covered deck has a living space that is a favorite place to hang out any time of day. The couch is perfect for an afternoon nap. Our two small dogs love having company over and they don't shed or bark. Every space in our home has been designed to take advantage of our afternoon breezes, natural light and comfortable furnishings. Use our gourmet kitchen to prepare a meal to enjoy on the patio, or enjoy one of the restaurants downtown. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen as long as they clean up after themselves. Coffee can be enjoyed in your upstairs suite or downstairs in the kitchen, along with breakfast items. Feel free to use the pool (it's heated in the summer/fall) and living areas throughout our home. We live in the downstairs master bedroom of our large (3000+sf) home. With three living areas, there's plenty of room for privacy or socializing, whatever you wish. We are usually in and out on the weekends. We are available to answer any questions, give recommendations, or just give you privacy and space. We use Airbnb when we travel so we know how to be wonderful hosts! Seal Beach has a laid-back community vibe with a tree-lined Main Street leading to the beach and pier. You'll find coffee shops, restaurants, unique shops and friendly people. Our home is on "the hill" in a lovely residential area with an ocean breeze and beautiful views. We are a short walk from the beach, market, and some of our favorite downtown restaurants and coffee shops. There is public transportation which runs along Pacific Coast Highway (5 min walk) going north to Long Beach/LA and south all the way to Laguna Beach. We always prefer to take PCH rather than the freeway because of the gorgeous views of surfers, kiteboarders, dolphins and waves. We are also only a ten minute drive from the 405 Freeway. We are close to the Anaheim theme parks, Long Beach to the north and Huntington Beach to the south. A car is not necessary to get around in Seal Beach, as everything is within walking distance of our home.
