Butler Cottage is your perfect location for exploring Grass Valley and Nevada City. 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with bathroom and kitchen can sleep 3 people total. There is a couch that makes into a double bed in the living area. Dish TV, WiFi, heating and cooling system, and coffee and snacks for your comfort and enjoyment. 3/4 mile walk to downtown Grass Valley. .8 mile walk to the Nevada County Fairgrounds. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a couch bed (small) in the living area. Covered porch in front of the cottage with views of the garden has a seating area. We welcome guests that are quiet and respectful. Butler Cottage is not a venue and not suited to host events. THIS IS STRICTLY A NO SMOKING PROPERTY.
