A peaceful country-like setting next to a walking/biking path for those who want to get away from it all. Great for business travelers and families visiting from out of town. Located Just minutes away from the airport, downtown Eugene, Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium, PK Park, and The Hult Center. This room is a 200 sq ft. bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom inside the main house with a private outside entrance. A Keurig coffee maker and coffee, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and toaster are included. The house is where the homeowner resides. There is no entrance to the house through the bedroom. I have a large backyard with a patio where you can enjoy your coffee and fresh air in the morning. Parking is available for two cars in single file. Limit 6 nights as I don't have a full kitchen which makes it hard for long-term stays.
