Main Flr has Large Family Rm with Gas Fireplace & 65” 4K smart TV, Dining with 10 seating, Kitchen with specious center island & walkout to Patio with BBQ facility, Basement has 2 more Bedroom each has Queen Bed, Family Rm has Elec Fireplace and 55” 4K smart TV, 2nd Kitchen, and 4th washroom. Ideal for large Family & Friends gatherings, Birthday Parties, Corporate Retreats, yoga, mindfulness retreats, Executive parties, and meetings, etc., (Strictly no wild parties) accommodate max 20 guests with extra guests fee after 6 guests. Extra guests charge $25 per day per guest, registered guests only, “No drop by guests are allowed”. Guest Access: Guests will have access to whole house including 2-bedroom basement Apartment, and all parking space except storage area in the house and outside Shed (No Sharing whatsoever with other tenant or guest). *Every other week Garbage truck is scheduled to pickup the garbage from the BIN, so please make sure no car is parked in front of the Bin driveway. I will update the date and time window if it falls under your reservation. *Please Note: My service staff will have access to Garage only any day from 7:00 Am to 5;00 Pm, to water the grass and plants and to put the garbage at curbside and later to put the empty bins inside. Laundry Access: Washer and Dryer facility only available for more than 7 days stay. Guest interaction: I am available over the phone and text, however my staff will be available in case of any emergency or need any assistance. Other things to note: * This property is being monitored under Video Surveillance. Security Cameras are installed at home Entrances, Driveways and Garages.
