Le charmant boisé avec spa et véranda

I was not really looking for a second chalet. But when I came across this charming little house, I couldn't resist, I bought it! The energy in this house is a pure joy of renewal and inspiration. I made it a warm, rustic and comfortable chalet. This chalet, completely renovated in the last few years, is very welcoming and it feels wonderful. There are 4 closed bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 2 double beds. The living room annexed directly to the dining room and the kitchen is very comfortable with its new furniture and its slow combustion fireplace. Rustic decor adorns him with faux fur and animal heads. You have access to the Google home Mini that we have synchronized in the kitchen for a most modern experience! The front windows allow us to take advantage of the exceptional view we have of the valley and its forest entirely populated with deciduous trees. The land is made so that we do not see any neighbors and the layout makes the decor very peaceful and pleasant. A 3 season veranda with a patio heater is located on the balcony with access from the kitchen. So, it's easy to have nice evenings away from the mosquitoes of the North! A spa is installed behind the house, in the woods and it is very private! This greatly enhances the pleasure of this little paradise! This house is full of nourishment to feed who wants! Lake Grondin is a short walk away, and can be reached in around 10 minutes on foot. The access is great, you can swim there, quite refreshing! The chalet is 2 minutes from the motorway. Everything is accessible. The ski hills, the hiking trails, Lake Guindon, the picturesque village of Saint-Sauveur and several shops.
