The porch seating and the yard and gardens surrounding the home are for the exclusive use of his ground floor apartment as are the gardens surrounding the home. None of these amenities are shared with the upstairs apt. Other things to note The house also contains a second vacation rental unit made up of the combined 2nd and 3rd floors.
