Mountain View Adventure Lodge is located in Powder House Pass, a new development just 4 miles south of Lead with all paved roads. The Black Hills National Forest is your backyard! Adventure Lodge is situated close to Terry Peak Ski Area and trail rides. This home is adjacent to snowmobile trails, ATV Trails, and the Mickelson Trail; Spearfish Canyon is just 5 minutes down the road. Legendary Lead and Historic Deadwood are also just a few miles away. Adventure Lodge boasts 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, attached garage (2 of the 3 stahls availble for use), hot tub, big screen TV's, and more! The upper level has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and the lower bedrooms has the additional 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths in the hallway. The family room downstairs host a pool table, large screen tv, and pull out sofa for any over flow sleeping. The walk out brings you to the hot tub, cement patio, and maintained yard for playing games. The open great room with large windows allow for a view of Terry Peak.
