Charming home with loads of woodwork and character. Home is one half of a large owner occupied side by side duplex. Short drive to downtown Cleveland, public transportation and The museums in University Circle. Avoid the congestion of downtown and stay in this beautiful home in a great tree lined street neighborhood. Just a few blocks away from bars, restaurants and mansions of Cleveland's past. The 2nd floor contains 3 bedrooms and one full bath. The third floor has one bedroom and one full bath. If we don't have the exact sleeping arrangements you are looking for please message us. For the summer stays we have 4 total AC units throughout the house and several box fans and ceiling fans. No parties or large get togethers.
