Wood-burning fireplace inside and great fire pit outside. The huge deck provides plenty of chairs and space for grilling, dining, and enjoying the sunsets overlooking the water. Privacy on back deck with no direct neighbors to left or right. Gas grill provided. Dock has spacious swim platform and is situated just inside a quiet cove so you can spend your days floating leisurely without the hassle of boat traffic on big water. Want big water? Swim about 50 feet and you are in open water where you can look across to the South Carolina side. Water is DEEP and perfect for bringing your boat or rent one from the Marina in Hartwell. The Mary Anne Branch boat launch is about 10 minutes away and you can tie up the boat to the swim platform. Please make sure to wear a life jacket! Plenty of shore line for skipping rocks or building red clay castles :) Like wild life? Watch the numerous bird species in the trees, catch a glimpse of a red fox, and you may see herons and cranes when down at the dock.
