Beautiful brand new furnishings and updated decor/ all new linens in this gorgeous 4 bedroom (3 full bedroom plus a loft bedroom)/ 2.5 bath lakehouse in beautiful Blue Water Bay at Center Hill. From the second you pull into the neighborhood, you'll understand the peace and relaxation of The Colony at Blue Water Bay. The open living room, kitchen, dining area and nook are perfect for spending time with family and friends. The spacious master with king sized bed is on the main level and has a gorgeous view and entry to the deck plus its own luxurious bathroom. Upstairs one of the 4 bedrooms is a loft bedroom with bunk beds (a full and a twin) and one of the best views of Center Hill Lake. **Access to the loft is through a ladder from the nook area off of the living room. Pictures attached ** On the bottom level are two large bedrooms (one has a queen and a twin; the other has a king) and a full bath. There are 3 decks to enjoy. Every room has an amazing view. Have a cup of coffee in the morning on the gorgeous screened in porch. Or enjoy the lower deck's porch swing while the kids play games at the kid's picnic table. Grill out on the back deck with the gas grill and enjoy the home’s private hot tub next to the grill with amazing views of the lake. Enjoy the amazing Center Hill sunset from the beautiful living room windows. Every detail of this home is perfection- beautiful wooden cathedral ceilings and beams. Granite and stainless kitchen. Gorgeous new lighting and flooring. The house is fully furnished with nice linens, furniture, electronics (Wifi included), dishes, décor -all of it is fresh and nicely decorated. Rent a boat from one of nine marinas at Center Hill (Hidden Harbor Marina is the closest), take a walk down the beautiful lake trail in the neighborhood to skip rocks or go swimming in the lake cove. Take advantage of the gorgeous neighborhood pool with outdoor fireplace (available Memorial Day-Labor Day). Canoe the Caney River, cuddle baby goats at Harmony Lane Farms, explore Fall Creek Falls state park, or go swimming at Cummins Falls (30-45 minutes from the house). This is the perfect retreat if you're looking for things to do or if you want to do nothing at all. Relax and unwind, enjoy the peace and quiet, and make memories with family and friends. This is for the convenience of our guests (to assist with guest access when needed) and for external security purposes only in between guest visits. This also insures rental policies are upheld. This system does not look into any interior spaces nor are there any others on the property. We do not allow parties, smokers or pets on the property. Quiet hours enforced from 11 pm- 8 am (no use of hot tub or decks during this time as a courtesy to full time residents who live in the neighborhood). It’s a relaxing, peaceful spot for families and friends to get away but not a house for partying! We request renters who will treat the home as their own.
