Bright & Spacious Loft Steps to the Freedom Trail

Enjoy Boston from our light-filled, open-concept loft! It has high ceilings, polished concrete floors, a renovated bathroom, and a chef's kitchen. Centrally located in an elevator building next to the subway, a gourmet grocery store, and just 4 minutes to Boston Common. You can easily walk to the Freedom Trail, Public Garden, North End, Back Bay, Harborwalk, and more! THE SPACE Our loft is spacious and flooded with natural light. The master bedroom has a queen bed, big windows, and plenty of closet space. All the linens and towels are 100% cotton. There is also a full-size sofa bed with a plush mattress topper that we're happy to make up for you in advance. A fully-equipped chef's kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and bakeware, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, and sugar. The living room has a smart TV with complimentary Netflix (please note we do not have cable). In the recently renovated bathroom, we provide shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a first aid kit, and a hairdryer. We also provide laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, and a standing fan. Being in the heart of downtown, there is potential for urban sounds, but it's pretty quiet at night. The apartment has central air conditioning from mid-May to late October, and heat the rest of the year. Our building is on a pedestrian street which only city cabs are allowed on, but Uber or Lyft can meet you in front of the Godfrey Hotel, a 2 minute walk away. Finally, our loft is professionally deep cleaned between every guest.
