Cozy 1100 s.f. farm house just outside Newnan city limits. The house is on a large lot (1.5 acres) with lots of lawn for you to stretch out. It includes full kitchen, living room and three bedrooms. Relax in the country and watch the fireflies light up at night. Less than 1 hour to Atlanta, Pine Mountain, FDR State Park, Callaway Gardens, Warm Springs. 10 minutes to Chattahoochee Bend State park, downtown Newnan, restaurants and shopping. 20 minutes to historic Banning Mills, home of the world record longest zip line park. We welcome well behaved dogs upon request, for a $50 (non-refundable) per dog fee. Please message us with dog details. Dogs must be current on monthly flea/tick prevention, house trained and crated when you are away from the house. Please no pets on the furniture! Sorry, no cats. Please no inquiries regarding long term rentals. This is strictly a VRBO rental.
