Beautiful private room is in the the back of our home, west side. Private new bathroom. Microwave oven & refrigerator. (No kitchen and no access to the rest of the house.) Comfortable king size bed. Access to hot tub and electric boat. Note: There are 2 private rooms listed in this house; and this one is on the west side. *IMPORTANT: City occupancytransient taxes (total of 12 % will be requested via Request Payment) and guests are required to pay. This is according to the law. THE SPACE: This wonderful home is on the wide water in Foster City. Your private room (2 guests maximum) has a deck and a wonderful view of the lagoon. Small eating area, internet/wireless connection. TV with premium cable TV. Closet, small desk, small portable fireplace, microwave, small refrigerator. Private bathroom. You have access to balcony in front of your room Please also let us know approximate check-in and check-out time. Thank you! GUEST ACCESS: Deck, Hot tub, electric boat rental, Lagoon dock. Private entrance, via side yard (east side). You'll have a key to your private room (there's a lock box). Please keep your key safe (security deposit will be requested if you lose your key). Max 1 guest in the room due to business permit restrictions (we have 2 private rooms listing in this house). INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: Minimal. Hosts will not be present during the day, but may be available at night. We can also communicate via app, it works great! You may also contact owner via cell phone for emergencies or if urgent. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Cul-de-sac, ample street parking (no need to pay for parking). Beautiful neighborhood. To be considerate of our next door neighbor where we share the driveway, please do not park or momentarily wait on this driveway. Please also try not to park on the street in front of their house.
