(Summer Only Guest cottage that sleeps 2 (1 full bed and 1 full sofa bed) Big yard with barbecue grill, outdoor firepit and lots of room for games and play. The house have high standard and a open concept. The guest cottage is new and sleeps four, bathroom and mini fridge.Guest cottage is seasonal, open May thru November. Fish Smith Pond from the dock or go canoeing or kayaking. The house is on the road to Baxter State Park and Mount Katahdin (15 miles). Many opportunities for rafting, climbing, snowmobiling and outdoor life. For the Winter season: Guest Cottage is closed during the winter months.
