Adams—a founding settler of Lake Alfred, Florida— and his wife, Emmie Reynolds Adams. Over the years, the Estate has served as a cherished gathering place for private weddings and celebrations. The property has since been passed down to the family’s third generation, who have carefully maintained its timeless grace and classic charm. The Estate is being transformed into boutique destination resort for weddings, reunions and other events. The Kirkland House was the first of fourteen vacation rental villas planned for the property. We're always a call/text away and live close to the property In light of Covid-19, we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety our guests during your trip. All of our properties will be properly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival, in accordance with the cleaning guidelines set by VRHP/VRMA.
