Spacious, open concept living room that includes 1 of 4 HD TV's, (ROKU on demand and streaming). One TV is in the master bathroom so you can watch TV while bathing in the jacuzzi tub overlooking the lake. The main floor dining room has seating for 8 and another table with seating for 5 plus a granite top breakfast bar. The home contains two fully equipped kitchens; one kitchen on the main floor and another on the lower level, both with spacious living areas. Both kitchens are fully equipped. In the lower level living area, there is a complete, historic 9’ Brunswick pool table, a pool aficionado’s dream! All floors are accessible by steps. This is not a handicapped accessible vacation home. Step outside the main floor dining area or living room onto a spacious large roofed porch to relax with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco while viewing the lake and spectacular seasonal colors surrounding it. The porch overlooks the lake, backyard, beach, fire pit, and lots of beautiful scenery. The porch is fully equipped with furniture and a new gas grill. The home also includes high speed wireless internet. You will be 15 minutes from the Point Sebago Golf Course, one of the finest golf courses in Maine, many restaurants, and there is plenty of hiking at Sebago Lake Park. It is a 40 minute drive to Shawnee Peak, and if you thirst for the city, Portland is merely a half hour away. There is very little that any person or family could wish for that is not accommodated by this home. You won’t find a more comfortable or picturesque home in the Sebago Lake region as more fully described in the reviews posted on this site. All of our guests can’t wait to return.
