Nearby entertainment includes Old Town Florence (6.5 miles) with shopping and restaurants, Three Rivers Casino (6.5 miles), and multiple beach access points along the coast. Fishing & Crabbing can also be arranged out of the Port of Siuslaw near Old Town. With two master suites, this home works well for more than one family, and there is parking for four vehicles. Downstairs you'll find two full bathrooms, three bedrooms (1 king suite with lower deck access, 1 queen, 1 kids room with 2 bunk beds), a laundry room, and a hot tub outside. Upstairs you'll find the kitchen/dining/main living area with upper deck access, as well as a master suite (king), also with deck access. The kitchen offers marble counters and stainless appliances, as well as a VitaMix blender, Keurig coffee brewer, counter top griddle, waffle iron, crockpot, and plenty of cabinet space for all your groceries. The dining table has 4 chairs and a long bench for seating up to 7 adults. In addition, the large island has barstool seating for 4. The living room has a large, wrap-around couch with electric recliners, cup holders and USB port, and is perfectly positioned for enjoying the ocean scenery or snuggling in for a movie in front of the gas fireplace. There is a smart-TV, a BlueRay player, a Bluetooth capable speaker bar, and cable tv service for your enjoyment. Each bedroom has a tv and cable box, except for the bunk room which has no cable, but has a smart-TV. Outside, the upper deck is covered and has a BBQ, and the lower deck has a hot tub and a staircase leading down to the street. Kids will have fun at the bottom of the stairs in the trees making forts and exploring trails on the 1/2 acre lot.
