Short commute to Fort Bragg, Downtown Fayetteville, Fayetteville Airport, University, shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment.  Tastefully decorated, a TV in every room with Netflix, Amazon Prime videos, and live TV applications. Always fresh sheets thoroughly cleaned space and vacuumed carpet for every stay. Helpful and very responsive hosts.  Our Guests have full access to the two-car driveway.  Also, there is plenty of space to park additional cars along the road.   Laundry room access to guess when available.  9 miles from Fayetteville State University. All living spaces and closets within the home are available to our guests. Our guests have the peace of mind to stay in a very safe neighborhood and with full privacy. This is a non-smoking home.  The space is sparkling clean, and the area is not cluttered with any of the owner's personal items.   Note: House Parties are strictly prohibited. Clean up after an unauthorized party will be subject to a $250 minimum cleaning fee charged through the Resolution Center and immediate removal from the property without refund.  Both the host and co-host are available to respond to any of the guests' questions or immediate needs. The primary method of communication will be through the Airbnb portal, an alternate mode of communication is the host's listed numbers on the site than in person when required.  Cute neighborhood, close to Fort Bragg and shopping areas.  Public transit is available within walking distance.   Party prevention measures:  There's no scenario where we will authorize a party or event at this property.   Guests with more than the allowed number of cars or personnel in our home or in our neighborhood are in breach of the rental agreement and forfeit their rights to continue the rest of their stay in our home.
