Penn State Getaway House

A beautiful home right in between the State College and Bellefonte areas. Only a 10-minute drive from Beaver Stadium, and a 5-minute drive from Downtown Bellefonte. If you are someone who is looking to spend time in State College to see Happy Valley and Penn State, to see the Historic Bellefonte, or to see all of the other wonders of Centre County, then this house is perfect for you! This house is able to hold up to 12 guests at a time. There are 4 bedrooms in the house for guests to use. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, as well as a full attached bath. The Guest room #1 has a queen-size bed, with a full bathroom right next to it. Guest room #2 is located on the opposite end of the full bathroom upstairs as well. Guest room #3 is in the finished basement, including a queen-sized bed, with a full bath next to it. There are also a few couches around the house, and we have air mattresses that we offer as well. Guests of this house are able to use anything and everything that is located inside the house, as well as on the premise. There are multiple TVs throughout the house, which are connected to the internet to access Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, ESPN, and many other media outlets. There is also a multitude of Video Game consoles down in the finished basement that is available. Including the technology in the household, the guests will have free access to the Wi-Fi in the household. Guests will have full access to anything that is in the pantry, as well as the refrigerator. They can use any cooking and baking equipment if they would like. They are also able to use the washer and dryer. There are also a few workspaces in the basement, allowing guests to work and print materials if needed. Both workspaces offer multiple outlets to connect devices to, and spacious desks to utilize. We are usually in town when the house is being rented out, so we are only a few minutes away to help with any problems or issues. If we are not in town, we also have family members in the area that are willing and able to help if need be. We also always have our phones on us in case something does happen and needs to be looked at right away. Amberleigh is fairly new development that is friendly, active, and welcome to all. The neighborhood hosts a diverse population of residents. This location is right off of the Benner Pike which can take the traveler straight into Downtown State College, or Downtown Bellefonte. Interstate 99 is also right on the outside of the development.
